Do You Accept Out of Network Insurance?
Yes.  We will bill your insurance if it is out of network.  You will need to check to see if you need pre-authorization to see an out of network provider.  You will be responsible for the portion of the bill not covered by your insurance carrier.  For all others, an invoice will be provided upon request that you can send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

First Visit Extended:  $350
Evaluation and management of multiple concerns plus an acupuncture/craniosacral treatment

First Visit Acute: $250
Evaluation and management of a single concern plus an acupuncture/craniosacral treatment
OR
Evaluation and management of more than a single concern

Follow up Visits: 
Acupuncture with manual therapies/craniosacral technique:  $175
Acupuncture only (with permission):  $100
Naturopathic medicine:  $150 (typical visit is approximately 30 minutes)
Naturopathic medicine plus acupuncture and or manual therapies:  $175-$300
Brief appointments in office, via telemedicine, via phone consultation available for established patients and clients.
